Best for

  • Auto-transcribing client meetings (Zoom / Teams / Google Meet) and turning the transcript into a structured note, an action-item list, and a draft follow-up email in one pass — saves 5-15 hours/week per advisor on pre/post-meeting work
  • Pushing meeting notes and action items directly into your CRM (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce FSC, Practifi) so the system of record stays current without manual data entry
  • Pre-meeting prep: Jump pulls prior notes, recent CRM activity, and held accounts so you walk in already briefed
  • Templated meeting types (annual review, prospect intro, RMD planning) — Jump applies the right note structure and follow-up cadence per meeting type

Avoid

  • Greenfield writing or content marketing — Jump is workflow infrastructure, not a writer; use Claude or ChatGPT for that
  • Standalone market research — Jump is meeting-and-workflow focused; use Perplexity for current-news synthesis
  • Firms with extreme data-residency requirements outside Jump's supported regions — check the security questionnaire before adopting

Shortcuts

  • Jump Meet records natively in Zoom / Teams / Google Meet — no separate bot to admit; meeting joiners see Jump as a participant clearly identified for disclosure
  • Custom Workflows let you encode your firm's post-meeting checklist (compliance review email, calendar follow-up, CRM update) so every meeting closes the same way
  • Jump Grow surfaces "what your top advisors do differently" insights from anonymized firm-wide data — useful for partnership decisions and rep coaching
  • Jump Operate handles inbound email triage, document processing (e.g., new-client onboarding packets), and structured-data extraction into the CRM

Model variants

Jump runs on a mix of LLMs under the hood; you don't pick a model. The differentiator is the advisor-specific tuning, the CRM integrations, and the meeting/operations workflow scaffolding — not raw model capability.

Compliance gotchas

  • Jump is built specifically for financial advisors — SOC 2 Type II, FINRA/SEC-aware data handling, retention controls tuned for advisor record-keeping requirements. Verify the current security posture against your firm's IT/compliance review before signing.
  • Meeting recordings + transcripts are sensitive client communications. Configure retention to match your firm's record-keeping policy (typically 3+ years for SEC/FINRA) — Jump can hold longer, but don't under-retain.
  • Always notify meeting participants that Jump is recording — Jump's UI shows it as a participant, but verbal disclosure on each call is the safer compliance posture.
  • Jump's CRM sync writes notes + tasks automatically. Review the field mapping during setup so PII doesn't land in fields that get used in client-facing exports or marketing pulls.

Pricing

Pricing tiered by product set and seat count, typically $75-$175/user/mo (as of May 2026). Three products: Meet (the original scribe — most firms start here), Grow (advisor performance + best-practice spreading), and Operate (intake + email + document workflow). Contact Jump for current pricing and bundle structure — published pricing has shifted as the platform expanded post-$80M Series B. 14-day trial available; many firms run a pilot with 2-3 advisors before rolling out firm-wide.
